No public user account: ClassCatalog does not create a student account or profile, and these preferences are not synchronized to another browser or device.

What is sent to ClassCatalog
Search terms and selected filters—including major and completed courses when used—are sent to the ClassCatalog server to return matching classes and degree progress.
Favorites stay in local storage. When you view Favorites, their class numbers may be sent to ClassCatalog only to retrieve current seat information.
None of this information is attached to a public ClassCatalog account.
Attribution
Where the information comes from
Class listings, meetings, enrollment details, seat availability, and degree-catalog mappings come from SDSU public sources. Seat data is refreshed periodically and may lag behind my.SDSU.
Professor ratings and related review signals come from cached Rate My Professors data. Community-submitted ratings can be incomplete, subjective, or outdated.
